Very convenient location, pretty expansive place that seems perfect for business or a quick stay in the area. Room was very clean and tidy, lobby was a little outdated. The breakfast and specifically the waffles were the highlight of my stay here. Well kept breakfast station with good sausage, eggs, waffles, and potatoes, along with the normal continental breakfast cold/dry stuff. TONS of parking here; if you have a trailer this would be a great location for your truck.

I wasn't expecting much from a three-star hotel, but check-in was easy, the room was more spacious than I expected, and it had thoughtful amenities like power sources next to the bed and a refrigerator. I was in Utica for the Boilermaker and, even though the breakfast bar had not yet opened, the staff left out grab and go food for us runners who had to get up early. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Breakfast was the standard "breakfast included" with a hotel stay...it was okay but we only had bagels one day and opted to go out to breakfast the second day.

We left a laptop behind in our hotel room, and the staff were very helpful and efficient in sending it to our destination. Thank you!

Breakfast was good scramble eggs, sausage, bacon also Belgian waffles you make yourself. Dining room at night was opened at 4:00pm for dinner everything was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay. We probably will be back in the summer for a week stay.

Friendly front desk staff, Amanda and Jennifer, the complimentary breakfast and the pool. Also enjoyed the 24 hour coffee bar in the lobby.

The hotel is pretty clean, quiet & in a great location. Bed was comfortable.

It is clean and no riff raff hanging around. The staff is very welcoming and attentive. John is an amazing employee I must say. Jennifer at the desk was friendly also. The hotel is spacious & relaxing. Great breakfast in the mornings! We look forward to keeping Burrstone as our “hideout” to relax when needed.
