The staff were awesome! Kraig helped by getting us some extra towels. Lindsey was our bar/restaurant hostess who was a lady that smiled the whole evening even though she was the only hostess!! The bar/restaurant was full too! Everyone in room seemed to really enjoy themselves! The shock was when she was there to be our breakfast hostess too! Morning person had an emergency and unable to show! She only had 2-3 hours sleep but you would never know!! She was smiling, efficient, and greeting all of us! This staff appears to love and take pride in their work. Roim was clean and comfortable. Stay here for a great night!

The BeerGarden is why we come! it’s the perfect gathering spot a casual tavern style pub with excellent brew and fare for a small venue! Well Done Chef and Crew! We missed you this time as hours were limited. investment in staff to run the BeerGarden with wider hours will surely bring solid return! my Siblings and I have had great food brew service and times ar your place. Hotel is a good location of you need to go to Utica area; property is clean and layout is sensible. The pool is a nice setting for sitting swimming and sunning and is well kept.

I like that it is QUIET. Even with 118 military people that arrived. Our stay was quiet. John & Dan are top notch staff and always so helpful. All of them are pleasant always. We love coming here for our “hideout” for some peace from our hectic lifestyle. Lol. John the cook who prepares the hot breakfast is very hospitable as well. I’m not sure of the young lady’s name….Natalie I think…cheerful also. Thank you all! We will be back soon.

I wasn't expecting much from a three-star hotel, but check-in was easy, the room was more spacious than I expected, and it had thoughtful amenities like power sources next to the bed and a refrigerator. I was in Utica for the Boilermaker and, even though the breakfast bar had not yet opened, the staff left out grab and go food for us runners who had to get up early. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

We checked in late, the gentleman at the desk was quick, friendly, and informative. The room was clean and comfortable. I did feel it could have used another lamp. The one corner was quite dark. But, we feel right to sleep. Breakfast in the morning was good, plenty of it, and clean.
